Product Exchange & Return Conditions

You can exchange or return the product you purchased on our site within 14 days from the delivery date at the latest.

Following this information, the faulty product that you will send to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one.

If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 14 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

As the product return and replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential.

The box, packaging and, if any, standard accessories of the product you will return must be in the package you return to us, completely and undamaged, and the product must be in its resaleable condition (unmodified, soiled, unused, unwashed, etc. Otherwise, your return or exchange request will not be accepted. You must wash it according to the washing instructions, otherwise your return will not be accepted.)

Warranty conditions

All products are under the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, you should definitely check the product during the cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.

Product Return Policy

After sending your exchange or return, keep your shipping code that you will receive from the courier company. It can be requested from you if necessary.

After we receive the product, your return/exchange process is initiated and completed within 1 to 3 working days.

If you have requested a product exchange and the product is available, your exchange process will be started immediately.

If the product is not available, you will be informed and a refund will be made.

Payment at the door & shipping fee is charged for returns.

Exchange transactions are only valid for Turkey orders, you can request the same amount of products.

For orders made with a Debit/Credit Card, the refund will be made to the card you made the payment to.

For payment at the door orders, you must provide your 26-digit IBAN number starting with TR and the name and surname of the IBAN holder in the return request form in the My Orders/Return section on your Member page.
